Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for Shaman Nexus credit purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prepaid credits

Nexus credits are prepaid service credit for AI usage. When you buy a credit pack, the credits are added to your balance and can be spent on hosted AI usage at any time.

2. Unused credits

If you have unused credit and believe a purchase was made in error or you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@shamantech.co. We may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion to your original payment method, less any payment-processing fees that are non-recoverable.

3. Consumed credits

Credits that have already been consumed on AI usage are non-refundable, because the corresponding service (third-party AI inference) has already been delivered and paid for on your behalf.

4. Service failures

If you were charged for a request that demonstrably failed on our side (for example, you were billed but received no completion due to a gateway error), contact us and we will credit back the affected amount after review.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@shamantech.co with your account email and the transaction details (date, amount). We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
